When arriving at the office our Intake Specialist or Front Desk Staff will ask Cold/Flu related questions & confirm your identity via Valid Identification. Upon verification of NOT having ANY Illnesses you will be directed to the waiting area for Check-in of your appointment. Sanitization of Hands and Fever check will be performed.

If your child is accompanying you please inform us during confirmation of appointment. Upon arrival we will also verify your child's health status. Mom will 1st Check-in, then her child with our On-site Childcare Provider for our Wait & Play room. Mom will Continue Check-in for her appointment. Sanitization of Hands and Fever check will be performed. **Exception is Only if Mom Prefers to have Infant (0-12 months) with her.**

Due to QWMS, PLLC Policies ANYONE who is not Mom, Dad & Child will need to Stay in their car or visit one of the Many Shopping Centers surrounding our office. This Ensures we keep our waiting room Unoccupied & Allows for Efficient Sanitation. **Exception is if Mom wants ONE other Adult for Midwifery/OB/GYN visit ONLY.** Same Cold/Flu Protocol listed for Mom Only will apply to additional Adult and Child.
